Financial Analysis Training That Actually Prepares Your Team
Purpose-built programs for Australian businesses ready to strengthen their analytical capabilities
Most finance teams can crunch numbers. But interpreting what those numbers mean for strategic decisions? That's where things get interesting. Our corporate education programs focus on the practical application of advanced financial analysis—the kind your team will use the week after training, not just remember from a manual.
Discuss Your Team's Needs
Built Around Real Business Scenarios
We've been running corporate training since 2019, and one thing became clear early on—generic case studies don't stick. Your team needs to work through scenarios that mirror what they're actually facing.
So we start every engagement by understanding your business context. What markets are you in? What competitive pressures do you face? Where are the gaps in your current analytical approach? Then we build the curriculum around those realities.
When your finance team analyzes cash flow scenarios during training, they're not looking at some theoretical company. They're working through situations that reflect your industry dynamics, your growth trajectory, your actual challenges.

Three Core Program Tracks
Whether you're strengthening foundational skills or building advanced capabilities, we've structured our programs to meet teams where they are.
Financial Modeling Essentials
For teams who need to build robust financial models that stand up to scrutiny. We cover scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and assumption documentation—the fundamentals that keep projections credible.
This track works well for growing businesses where finance responsibilities are expanding beyond basic reporting.
- Building three-statement models from scratch
- Stress-testing assumptions across different scenarios
- Creating presentation-ready outputs for stakeholders
- Documenting methodology for audit trails
Advanced Analytical Techniques
This is where we get into the techniques that separate adequate analysis from genuinely insightful work. Statistical methods, regression analysis, forecasting approaches that account for multiple variables.
Best suited for teams ready to move beyond descriptive analysis into predictive capabilities.
- Multi-variable regression for forecasting
- Time series analysis and trend identification
- Monte Carlo simulation for risk assessment
- Variance analysis and driver identification
Strategic Decision Support
Finance teams increasingly need to translate analysis into strategic recommendations. This track focuses on frameworks for capital allocation, investment evaluation, and presenting financial insights to non-finance executives.
Particularly valuable for senior analysts and finance managers interfacing with leadership.
- NPV and IRR analysis for capital decisions
- Cost-benefit frameworks for strategic initiatives
- Presenting complex analysis to executive teams
- Building decision-support dashboards
How We Structure Corporate Engagements
Most of our corporate programs run between six and twelve weeks, depending on scope and team availability. We've found this timeframe allows for proper skill development without overwhelming participants who have full-time responsibilities.
Sessions typically happen twice weekly—enough frequency to maintain momentum without disrupting operations. And we're flexible about timing. Some clients prefer early morning sessions, others opt for afternoon blocks.
Each participant works through hands-on exercises using their own data sets when appropriate. Nothing proprietary obviously, but realistic enough to make the learning stick. We've had clients bring sanitized versions of actual projects they're working on, which turns training into productive work time.
Programs scheduled for July through December 2025 are filling up now, with our next major intake starting in August. If you're planning professional development for your finance team, reach out at info@pyravoluna.com or call +61 412 949 830 to discuss timing.
